I hit the water today solo and launched at Gellatly. I cut across the lake and fished all around the white marker just north of the Island. I fished this area for about three hours trying various columns of water. Fished in tight at around a 100ft and out to about 450ft. Tried numerous Lymans, Apex's and Bucktails with no luck. I took off for Bertram area and trolled back towards the boat launch. Tried a few different Matrix lures and a Gypsy Spoon Cop Car with no takers. I tried varying speeds from 2.0 to 2.9 mph. The lake was like a sheet of glass and the sun was out all afternoon so I didn't feel like 5 hours was wasted! Water was 38.6 on the surface.
